Advanced Disk Space Monitor is constantly under development and, as any complex software, may contain bugs. Most of the reported bugs were fixed thanks to messages from our users.

When you send a bug report, please try to give us as many details as possible, including:

  • Product name and version
  • Detailed description of your problem and the way it can be reproduced
  • Version of your operating system
  • Any other information you consider useful.

All this will help us solve your problem faster and more effectively.

Important!
If you are a registered user, include your registration name or order id, it will increase the priority of your request.

We’ll try to reply to you as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours. If we need more time to solve your problem, we’ll let you know about it beforehand.

If you do not receive our reply within 48 hours, our message was possibly blocked by excessively strict rules of the spam filter in your mail client or the filter at your mail service. Check your spam folder, our message will probably be there. If you do not find the message or cannot check the spam folder, let us know about it and we’ll try to send you a message from a different email address.
